This is an extremely fine World War II 1st type Luxenberg 2-inch pilots wing in excellent condition. The obverse exhibits the classic Luxenberg shape and fletching to the wing feathers. The reverse is complete with original pin assembly which is complete and fully functional. The beautiful Luxenberg, NY logo is on the reverse of the center shield. Made of a herringbone patterned wool gabardine with a bottle green collar, this tunic has an original to the piece ribbon for the EK2 sewn through the buttonhole and the remaining device with swords on the left breast.
