Original Wwii Army

Name tape looks more 50's to me. Interesting style, plastic buttons, kind of an off white color but just could be super faded. Belt appears shorted/cut a bit and only works if you are really tightening it. Ghosting of a US Army patch on chest and an armored division patch on sleeve. Did note a few loose seams and rip on rear pocket - lots of paint stains as mentioned. 1 cuff button is chipped. Lot of Mostly WWII - (a few) 1950's US Army enlisted collar discs on a card backing. All are screw back or clutch back, and removable. Note the array of Armored Corps discs, AAF, HQ, buffed Signal Corps, etc. The piece is vintage and therefore may show signs of age, wear, or patina. The jacket, includes its original insignia consisting Technician 5th grade, U. The jacket also bears the following decorations at the ribbon bar: Good Conduct Medal; American Campaign; European - African - Mi. Eastern Campaign with two bronze stars and Word War II Victory. The uniform also has a rupture duck and three overseas bars. The uniform is in excellent condition and is ideal for displaying and preserving military history....

This is an original R-14 headset. This is an original set that was picked up in the 1950's from a Laughlin Army Air Field base sale. Of course it became a USAF air field in 47'. These are in very good condition and are very well marked with the maker and proof stamps. These would be an excellent addition to a WWII pilots soft helmet or WWII tankers helmet.
