   Here we have a WW II US Army Combat Helmet With Liner. Front seam helmet with stainless rim as shown in picture ten. The strap eyes are welded on - shown in picture eleven. The liner has the khaki colored bands and leather chin strap. There is a small split in the bill area of the liner as shown in picture twelve. Original WWII McCord fixed bale M1 helmet, heat lot 657B, with Tech Sergeant 2 marked Westinghouse liner. Interior of shell has surface rust, exterior has staining where something dripped. The chinstrap has staining, and the hook has some rust. Liner is in good condition with a few very small cracks on the edge, but the sweatband is missing most of the leather and is completely torn through near the buckle.
