   WW2, c 1940's, US Army wounded combat infantry officer, 2nd Lieutenant jacket with belt who was on the front lines during an invasion. Includes the Combat Infantry Badge, Army officer insignia's, Army infantry officer crossed rifles, 2nd Lt shoulder bars, and awards/ribbons, Heroism, well decorated.    WWII ITALIAN FASCIST ARMY TRUMPET BANNER. This WWII Italian Trumpet banner is a beautifully period made piece with exceptional bullion work. It measures 12.5 x 9.5 inches excluding the three ties at the top (see photos). There is some minor age soiling to the body but the banner remains very presentable (see photos). L 9877 saw combat action in Italy showing the sterling Combat Infantry Badge (CIB), the CIB is awarded to those who "participate in active ground combat". STERLING stamped on the back of the CIB.    Italian Bersaglieri 8th Army's infantry Corps Helmet. Original early WWII Italian army m35 metal combat helmet with insignia and brown leather liner. Exterior of the helmet has normal cuffs and marks to green paint, no dents and no rust. Interior of the helmet is painted with a military green. Original WW2 British Army Infantry Lifebelt D-Day Landings. This type of lifebelt was worn by British infantry who participated in the amphibious landing on D-Day during the Second World War. The belt was designed to provide some buoyancy to prevent soldiers from being pulled underwater by the weight of their equipment. The belt is in good condition and complete with all hardware, straps, etc. The only defect being a small tear to the exterior near the inflation tube and some wear to the tube itself (See pictures).
