Offered here is a belted WW2 jacket for a named officer in the US 4th. Armor Corps in wonderful condition. There is a maker's label inside. The owner's name, Carlos Lanter, with a date of 10/20/41. Lined in satin with brass buttons. Measures 38 inches around chest at. Level of upper pocket buttons with 24 inch sleeves from point of shoulder. The jacket was used in a display honoring general Douglas Mac Arthur. And was adorned with the appropriate insignias, badges. This listing is for the jacket, AS WELL AS the khaki shirt. Has some holes in spots - see pictures for condition. Yellow dot on front looks like a stain to me.

BUZZ RICKSON'S Army First Pattern Tanker Jacket Men NEW Size LARGE. One of the most accurate jackets around and well made. Even has vintage conmatic zipper just like the originals. Has a 26oz wool lining. Was able to compare it to an original marked Medium and Buzz Ricksons Large equals out to a Medium in original tanker jacket sizing. Measurements are as follows and approximate. Pit to pit: 23.5 in. Shoulder to shoulder: 19 in. Shoulder to bottom of cuff: 24.5. Length from back bottom of collar to jacket bottom: 24.5 in.

Very nice material and condition, chest pit to pit 20 inches.   

The outside there are zero defects. There is some defect on the inside liner. It is on the bottom front and sleeve possibly stain, dirt? Super heavy and extremely warm! It's my opinion that it's an oversized small.
