This NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) uniform features dual shoulder sleeve insignia: the 32nd Infantry Division on the right and the 14th Armored Division on the left - a rare combination. Big collection of 30 vintage military patches. These are from a family member's. Estate who was a collector of World war II memorabilia. Most likely these patches were from World war II. It is also possible that some of the patches are from other conflicts. I do not specialize in militaria and cannot guarantee which conflict these patches came from.
