ARMY CHEMICAL CORPS INSIGNIA TO FRONT AND THE WORDS, "U" (FOR UNIVERSAL SIZE) AND "ARMY ASSUALT GAS MASK". CARRIER IS COMPLETE WITH ALL ITS METAL CLOSURE SNAPS. The jacket is a model B15-A flight jacket made during mid-late World War Two for the Pacific or Mediterranean fronts. There is a sketched mark on the side of the left sleeve where a patch may have been, which is a drawing of an 8th Army Air Corps patch. The jacket is also in quite rough condition and has a bit of fraying along the bottom edges and sleeves, a few nicks and stains across the body, and a damaged part of the left side of the zipper blocking its movement.
